4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Using a vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, off-roading, or any other risky maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is also forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable, as is exceeding passenger or weight limits. Lastly, operating the vehicle outside the designated geographical boundaries without appropriate authorization is not permitted.
Noncompliance may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
